No Returns & No Refunds

- Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, sizing details, and other relevant information before making a purchase.
Quality Assurance & Order Accuracy

- Orders are verified for accuracy before dispatch to minimize errors in fulfillment.
- If a customer receives an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at Aura’s sole discretion.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept returns, we recognize that issues may rarely arise due to shipping-related damage. In such cases:
- Customers must report any product defects or shipping damages within 24 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos, order details, and a description of the issue to our support team.
- If Aura determines that the issue was due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
- Claims reported after the 24-hour window will not be considered under any circumstances.
Exceptions & Discretionary Resolutions
- Aura reserves the sole right to assess claims on a case-by-case basis.
- Any resolutions offered, such as store credit or replacement, are at Aura’s full discretion and are not guaranteed.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
